A traditional ubtan of musk turmeric from Wayanad, with Damask rose, licorice and orange peel on a base of chickpea, oats and almond. Mix it into a soft paste to cleanse, soften and bring out your skin’s glow.

How to use

Mix with rose water or milk to form a soft paste. Apply evenly to clean, damp skin. Scrub gently and rinse off.

Use 1 to 2 times a week.

Ingredients

Rosa Damascena (Damask) petal powder, Curcuma Aromatica (Musk Turmeric) rhizome powder, Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice) root powder, Citrus Sinensis (Orange) peel powder.

Base contains: Chickpea, Avena Sativa (Oats) kernel powder, Almond powder.

Caution

For external use only. Patch test before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Storage and shelf life

Store in a cool, dry place, and keep the jar closed when not in use.

Use within 12 months of manufacture.

How often should I use it?

Once or twice a week. Mix only as much as you need for one use.

What do I mix it with?

Will it stain my skin yellow?

No. Musk turmeric (kasturi manjal) is pale brown and does not leave the typical yellow turmeric stain.

How long does it last?

12 months from the date of manufacture, printed on the pack.

How should I store it?

In a cool, dry place, with the lid closed when you’re not using it. Scoop it out with a dry spoon, so no water gets into the jar.
