We ship every Ruh & Ras order through trusted courier partners.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India to addresses our courier partners serve. We do not ship outside India yet.

When your order leaves us

We pack and dispatch orders within 2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days of dispatch. Remote areas and the North East can take up to 10 business days. Weather, strikes or courier delays can sometimes slow things down; we will keep you informed.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout, before you pay. We currently accept prepaid orders only.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking link by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Your address

Please check your address and phone number carefully. If an order comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could receive it, we can send it again, but the second shipment may be charged.

Damage in transit

If your parcel looks damaged or tampered with, please photograph it before opening and see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
