This website is run by Inside Out Wellness, which owns the Ruh & Ras brand (“we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of them.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or order with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We currently sell and deliver only within India.

Our products

• Our products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not medicines and are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
• Natural ingredients can still cause reactions. Please read the ingredient list and patch test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.
• We describe our products as accurately as we can. The illustrations on this website show where our botanicals come from; colour, texture and scent can vary slightly from batch to batch, as natural ingredients do.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes (MRP). Any shipping charge is shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay, by UPI, card, net banking or wallet.
• Prices may change, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Our content

The Ruh & Ras name, logo, illustrations, photographs and text on this website belong to us. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

Using this website

Please do not misuse this website, for example by trying to break into it, disrupt it or use it for anything unlawful.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for the products we sell, as Indian consumer law requires. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably have foreseen.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, without affecting your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

Grievance officer

For any complaint, please contact our Grievance Officer, Salony Mittal. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
